Personal Details - Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Lime Lifestyle.
Lime Lifestyle does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Lime Lifestyle reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Anyone purchasing outside of Australia will not be charged GST. The 10% GST fee will be discounted at checkout.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.
AVAILABILITY & BACK ORDERS
From time to time items that are listed as in stock may in fact not be. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you within 3 working days to offer you a refund, or discuss placing the item on back order for you or offering you a suitable alternative.
Some items listed on the site may be special order items. In the case that you have ordered a product that falls into this category we will contact you within 3 working days to notify you of this and discuss the estimated delivery time. At this point you can decide whether to continue with your order or cancel it and receive a full refund.
At Lime Lifestyle we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.
Unless you live in an apartment complex we generally choose "Authority to Leave" to save you having to reschedule your delivery or go to an alternate location to collect your parcel. If you prefer to sign for your parcel please leave a message in the comment section of your order.
Shipping within Australia
Free In-store Pickup - currently unavailable
We also offer free in-store pick up at checkout. If you choose this option we will let you know via phone call, email or sms when your order will be available to collect. In some cases your order will be ready same day. Where we need to collect the items from our warehouse it may take up to 4 days to be in-store (this is usually the case when orders are placed over the weekend).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Lime Lifestyle would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you've simply changed your mind it can be returned for an exchange or store credit ex shipping costs.
Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or refund under the following conditions:
Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without prior contacting us will be refused and marked return to sender.

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS
We have a NO RETURN ON SALE ITEM policy.
FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us by email and we will organise a replacement or refund for you.
Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns. In the situation where the parcel does not require a signature take a photo of the damage and email the photo to us.
DUTIES AND TAXES
At checkout, your final purchase price and the shipping amount will be displayed. Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to.
If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us via email and we will track it for you.
