Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Lime Lifestyle we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.

Unless you live in an apartment complex we generally choose "Authority to Leave" to save you having to reschedule your delivery or go to an alternate location to collect your parcel. The exception here is Australia Post, unfortunately even when we request authority to leave this does not happen and your parcel will go directly to your local post office.  

If you prefer to sign for your parcel please leave a message in the comment section of your order.

    Some bulky items may require a shipping quote.  Please email us at hello@limelifestyle.com.au and we will happily get back to you.

     

    Shipping within Australia

    • Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. Generally it is between 1 to 3 working days.
    • Order are shipped via Sendle and for some locations Australia Post.
    • For most locations delivery takes between 2 - 7 business days.
    • We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on orders $70 and over or for orders under $70 standard shipping is $9.95.
    • If your order is urgent please let us know in the comment section when you are going through the checkout and we will prioritise your order.

    Free In-store Pickup - currently unavailable we are working on a solution

    We also offer free in-store pick up at checkout.  If you choose this option we will let you know via phone call, email or sms when your order will be available to collect.  In some cases your order will be ready same day.  Where we need to collect the items from our warehouse it may take up to 4 days to be in-store (this is usually the case when orders are placed over the weekend).

    Shipping Internationally

    • Orders will be dispatched within 2-5 workings days.
    • Orders are shipped via Sendle.
    • Generally orders will be received within 10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
    • Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote.
    • International shipping costs for heavy or bulky items will be on a per order basis. Please email orders@limelifestyle.com.au for a quote.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Lime Lifestyle would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour or size or you've simply changed your mind it can be returned for an exchange or store credit ex shipping costs.

    Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or refund under the following conditions:

    • The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with any packaging intact and the original labels attached.

    • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.

    • The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.

    Please note the following must be adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges. Exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without prior contacting us will be refused and marked return to sender.

    How to make a return for exchange or refund.

    Step 1: Check that you meet all the conditions above.

    Step 3: Choose the new item/s, which you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your return.

    Please Note: We do not accept exchanges on International orders. All orders shipped outside of Australia are final.

    RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

    We have a NO RETURN ON SALE ITEM policy.

    FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

    All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care.

    In the event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us by email and we will organise a replacement or refund for you.

    Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns. In the situation where the parcel does not require a signature take a photo of the damage and email the photo to us.

    DUTIES AND TAXES

    At checkout, your final purchase price and the shipping amount will be displayed. Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to.

    MISPLACED ORDERS

    If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us via email and we will track it for you.
